The documents shown below are avaiable to view as a PDF document, which you can either save to
your computer or print a copy. In order for you to be able to view the documents, you must have the free
Adobe© Reader© installed on your computer.

Click the image to the left go to the download area for Adobe© Reader© and for Step 1 choose
the version of Windows© you are using, then for Step 2, choose the Adobe© Reader© version you would like to
install. If you are using a dial-up 52K connection, I recommend you use the Acrobat Reader 5.0.5, since it is the
smallest file size.
